Hi
New here
just ordered a couple of tallarn desert raiders to begin painting,does anyone know of any where around on the internet or anyone on here ,what the paint selection is for the models i have chosen.been lookin round but cant find much info?
any help will be much appreciated,

Well thats a hard one. I haven't really seen any good painting guide sites for the guard. Your best bet is to probably have a look through your IG codex, or even just search google and see how you go. When I start my new site up I will probably put a few up but otherwise good luck.

Ummm..... where the heck have you been? Go to CNN, look at the Iraqi conflict. Boom. There's your desert guys. That's at least what my "Fallihjian Infidels, Scourge of the Sand" look like. And as a gag, I use the Doctrine Xenos-hunters or whatever, and make the designated enemy the Imperium.  |

I believe there are some articles specific to paint schemes for the Tallarn on the UK GW website. It's extremely informative. uk.games-workshop.com/imperialguard/tallarn-showcase/1/This should help if you want paint schemes that deviate from the standard desert theme. Makes me wish I got into this hobby earlier when Tallarns weren't so hard to come by! Hope this helps! |

Those Tallarn modells are so cool. I am about to re-start my IG army, and a Tallarn theme is something I think a lot about. Is it possible to get some models through GW, i see their online store page says so, or is ForgeWorld and e-bay the only choices?
The colours on the models on the picture are painted just as I want mine. But how to do it so well....

You can get them through GW, but they're ridiculously priced. Ebay's your best option. or Craigslist.
