I was inspired to make a commissar/inquisitor model to look like Harrison Ford in the Bladerunner movie... any suggestions?

Sounds cool. My advice for the mini to use as the 'chassis'. One of the Necromunda scoundrels, the one with 2 Boltpistols. Just a bit work with GS, a weapon swap and you should be done already ;D

You might like to get a good head, an Empire one, and shave it down a bit.

I found one that looked really good for it, with what looked like a pistol and a Bolter... since he has a shaved head ima try replacin that, and messing with the bolter, making it a bolt pistol

Its the Necromunda House Delaque Champion with Bolter and pistol... shaved head and shades.... i personally enjoy the shades but I do think he needs a different head to be The Bladerunner...

It shows them as solid metal bits, no pieces so ... it seems like I could get it and just hack his head off... and use it. So I don't know... hmm, wish they were cheaper ways haha

I got the model, and I have swapped out the bolter for a bolt pistol which looks great, and Instead of swapping out the head, I decided to take the GS and try to put a very thin layer of putty to sort of make his hair, including correct dimensional hairlines and such. The only problem is he still has the ganger goggles on, but thats acceptable. Since hes bare chested under his trench coat, i was thinking about using some GS to give him a shirt... any suggestions?
