I don't think i like the anti-heavy infantry in your army. You have a lot of anti-infantry (probably too much) and probably a decent amount of anti-tank but not nearly enough anti-heavy infantry.

For small point games go with Autarchs over Farseers. Farseers really need Stones and two castings to be really be effective IMHO. ALso, whether you knew it or not, you just built a Mechdar list. Autarch and mechdar are like margaritas and salt.
the small squad of Fire Dragons will do just fine in 1000 pts. You can keep them in their serpent or put them in the falcon. Either will work. Since you don't have a squad to put into it, I suggest saving the points from the serpent and putting dragons in Falcon.
You also have too many MSU (multiple small units). This is really hard to pull off for new eldar players, even vets. Stick with larger units.
I've got a list extremely similar to yours.
HQ: Autarch
w/ Power weapon, Avenger Cat, and Mandiblaster
Elites: 5 Fire Dragons
Troops: 10 Avengers w/Exarch w/2 ShCats and Bladestorm
10 Avengers w/Exarch w/2 ShCats and Bladestorm
Both in Serpents w/BL and Sh Cannon, Star engines and Stones
(Bright Lances at BS 3 should only be on twin-linked Serpent)
HS: Falcon w/ML, Holofields, Stones.
Make special note: ALL HEAVY SUPPORT TANKS MUST FIND ROOM FOR HOLOFIELDS! IF YOU DON'T HAVE ROOM, DON'T TAKE THE TANK!
