Hey there, I'm new here, but not to 40k. I started almost 2 years ago, and began, like everyone else, with Marines. I played the marines for a little over 2 months, then I started taking interest in Guard. I've never looked back since. I have MASSIVE ADD when it comes to 40k, so expect me to be changing my mind on things a lot. I currently have a large IG force, points are unknown. I also have a Marine army as well, not my original. I play Inquisitor, Mordheim and Necromunda as well, but they aren't important. Now, without further talk, I give you my pics. A Veteran in my Command HQ, the lance "counts as" a laspistol, lol. My HSO, Captain Lothar. Meltagunner: Commissar tank: My unpainted AC Commander: Demolisher: Infantry test scheme: Medi-Tank: Medi-Tank inside: If anyone wishes to look at any of the other pics I have, here's my 'bucket. s19.photobucket.com/albums/b167/GeneralDakari/?May the Emperor protect.

Hmm, the pics are a little dark, the HSO looks great though! The dude with the lance looks fancy, I dunno about silver tanks though, never really seen them like that before. Gotta love the idea of a medical tank too, very nice.

Dont like it when people say "no offence"...nevermind. Psycho raises a good point though, they dont like the silver...looks off now that I think about it, like you could pull it off if you layered it from boltgun to chainmail, mithril ect. but its very tricky to do so. Try hot pink! I try to stick with my armys standard fatigue colour, like my men are blue, my tanks are blue. Something like that would be great.

I like the silver, and I guess that's all that really counts, no?

Yeah man, as long as you like your color scheme its cool. Although, heres a tip for painting metal, go over it in light washes of black ink to pull out the details and then use some varnish over it. I think with the ink it would look really sharp. Like the infantry colors though.
