Why make kilts, when the Chaos Marauders from the Fantasy range have kilts already

I dont think that the kilts should be a problem, probably the easiest way would be to create a flat rectangle shaped piece of GS and just fold it around them, then get another piece of GS and model it ovet their shoulders and connect it with the kilt on both sides. I dont know if you will be creating an army around the total abscence of tanks and machines (it could work, played with just 150infantrymen against my Space Marine buddy and beat him ) Rough Riders are a cheap and good anti tank (of used with 2 meltaguns) and anti heavy infantry unit so go for 3 squads and make them as large as possible, 5 is to few because of Ld tests so go for a minimum of 8 in each squad and go for a Heroic Sr Officer with a master Vox that will give you 9Ld in every squad that includes a Vox, I acctually have a maxed out HQ with a Comissar included aswell (Ld10 hehe look at the confused enemy when you succeed with every morale test) The mounts for the riders could pose a problem if you want them to look like the SW:V snow monster. If you would like to go for something a bit simpler I would suggest taking the Kroot "Krootox" and try to make something with those. Anyway good luck with your project.

Fighting without tanks works fine. I do that most of the time. Well and on what legs you want to model a kilt? You need naked legs for that as a real Scot doesn't wear a thing under his kilt

It doesn't? If attached to the HQ command and you have a senior heroic officer and the prescence of a commissar allways gives +1Ld to the officer in the team for using against tests and using a master vox doesn't that apply for all units including a vox?? In the commissar section of the Imperial Guard codex there are some pragraphs that aint really clear on that.
Thanks for pointing that out btw, anyone knows for sure or know som IG:Errata file where they describe how it really works out?

Oh wel hehe tournamtens are so dull with all their strict WYSIWYG , and no special characters and no "cheesy units" (wtf I paid thru my nose with my points for these dudes leave me alone!) And so on, they usually restrict players from using certain stuff. But Im really interested if the commissar does or dont add +1Ld to all squads if in the HQ squad. Gonna check around to see if I can find something on the net.

Yup because Conscripts can't get a vox. But in the errate it's stated that it works. There were already a lot of discussions on the forums... And the Cadians aren't using kilts. The tunics they were are a kind of jacket/vest where every part below the belt is modeled onto the leg to make them easier to assamble. Like I said you don't were a thing under a kilt (and that Cadian thing would be a bit too short for a kilt

Not everyone has the same WD. I have a completly different WD, as I'm in Germany. And other counties have other WDs as well and the US folks have the Black Gobbo. So nearly nobody except the ons from the same country as you can see it...
