Like I said. That's just personal taste. some people prefer really big guns (despite how small the carrier is) and others prefer the small guns that can be devastating as well

Owen reese (Editor of WD UK) has made a few of them. He has made one with a heavy bolter turret. Now that looks sweet!

The Levithan [Though the one in the pic is a MUCH Smaller version] has no rules, but if it did, it would have roughly 300 Autcannons, so thats 600. 100 rocket batteries, so thats 700 total so far, plus roughly 300 Hydra Flak Cannons, so thats 1300 shots. Enough dice to kill a 10000 point space marine army.

That thing has enough guns to kill an entire company in one turn But as soon it gets to armoured targets a Leviathan is helpless as only the Autocannons are for ground defence. The Hydra batteries and missiles are all for AA-combat

That truck is sweet! What would its rules be though? I've been thinking of doing supply trucks for a while. They should be able to hold troopers...

The fluff on the leviathens is odd. Some sources agree with you on the 'no guns' policy, while other state they are armed with all kinds of heavy guns (in Final Liberation the leviathen had a huge macro-cannon called the doomsday cannon.), missile racks and other crazy stuff. But meh...

IG is the land of infinate possibilities vehicle-wise. with a billion worlds contributing, I'm positive that there are even horse drawn wagons serving in some backwater IG regiments!

After some research I found somthing interesting... So well actually there are 3 versions of Leviathans.
1. The command leviathan. Huge and defensive weaponary only. These things are home to several regiments of IG/SM/Inq troopers.
2. The aircraft carrier/mass carrier. Those things are huge as well and are an aircraft carrier on tracks...
3. The assault levithans. Those are the ones from FL. They're smaller then the two other options, but have loads more of guns and the huge cannon (so the thing on the first page could be an assault levithan). If you want to see a picture of a command leviathan just look in the codex IG on the page with the Battle on the Tyrok Fields. The background is a command leviathan...
