Does anyone know the dimensions of the Urban War miniatures? I was planning on using some of the soldiers from their Viridian range for conversions. Thanks!

I have quite a few of them - the Urban War versions are very complimentary to the metal IG figures, differences in size and dimensions are extremely slight and can easily be attributed to, "well, dis guy is 5'10, and the other guy is 5'11." The difference really is THAT slight. They are VERY well-sculpted and well-cast figures to boot, the quality is equal to anything GW puts out.

Oh man; thanks a bunch man!
A friend of mine is giving some to me for a great deal, and I thought they'd really make my veteran squads look a lot better. Thanks again!

Urban Mammoth is the company that puts out the game Urban War. Urban War is to VOID what Necromunda was to WH40k, a smaller, skirmishers type gamefor those that prefer to play with fewer models. Then Urban Mammoth sold VOID to a partner of theirs, Scotia Grendel, and they came out with Metropolis. Metropolis is the evolution of Urban War into a company-level game incorporating some of the Urban War changes to the rules. Here is the website: www.urbanmammoth.com/acatalogI usually buy from Neal at TheWarStore in the USA... www.thewarstore.com/viridians.html

Wow. Those are great minis. I love those Viridian special forces models. Real cool. Damn they look like guard. Like VASA better though. They look soviet.

I think that the Viridians have proved to me that I can use external models for infantry as well as armour. VASA reminds me of naval dress uniforms and 19th centuary marines.
A point: It is clear that there has been an obvious 'exchange of ideas between the urban war and warhammer franchise: Case point: The Cadian armour and the Viridian armour is precisely the same.
Cool models though.
