Greetings. I've recently jumped from space marines to guard, and was wondering how you go ahead when you paint and assemble them. I used to put everything together when I had SM, and it was a mess to paint in all the nooks and crannies. So I was wondering if I should do the same here, or if you have any tips on how to make it a little less painfull to paint them.

When I paint my miniatures I glue the entire model together with the exception of the arm that holds the lasgun and the webbing. This way I find it easy to paint all the nooks and crannies.

Thanks. Wasn't to keen on assembling the entire model, just to find out it would be insanely difficult to get paint where I need it to be.
