Wow, pretty intensive work! I particularly like the truck conversions - GW and players tend to forget the "fighting tail."

Wow. The truck conversion is so awesome! I will look into stealing it. That said, I find your paint scheme a bit bland, to be honest.

That truck is genius! Canvas effect looks brilliant. Interested to see pics of your bikes once they have mounted riders

I'm just not really digging the skin being indistinguishable from the camo.

i see, my Deferians are all well tanned due to exposing the skin on the hot sun of Defero Fortis , you could tell slight difference in real , on the pics is quite blended thats true.

Oh, okay. Pictures don't really convey all that you can see. But in the pictures, it looks rather like one whole. Don't get me wrong, your painting is very crisp.

Nice desert scheme!
It's funny, I was just watching something on TV that had desert scheme vehicles, and I thought to myself "hmm, I bet they'd look quite bland if I painted GW models like that" - but your models actually prove it looks quite groovy!
I find myself intrigued, and want to see more...

I'm liking the truck conversion,Where did you purchase it? I got them from MODEL ZONE (model shop in London). They've been discounted from 9.99 to 4.99-3.99. After that one I went there back and bought remaining 3 (3.99ea), Ill make medical Truck and ill think something up for the rest . Watch that space guys Nice desert scheme! Nice "Stella" work on the cloak of the Primaris.
The squad you've made for the Psyker squad would work really well as a Frateris Militia Squad...

Ah yes the Frateris Militia, I remember those guys, shame they got tossed out onto the rubbish heap by GW. One of these days I'd like to buy a box of Empire Free Company and kitbash a couple squads together. Back on topic, I really like the desert camo and the truck conversion. The overall army theme is well done and consistent. It really conveys the environment and gives the army a real atmosphere.

I just cut the gothic ruins from old GW set and glued them onto the bases. Head from officer is from Ramshackle website. I got some more and might use them for my either rough riders or some veterans. Nice "Stella" work on the cloak of the Primaris. Cheers. On the long way i would like to incorporate some persian/egyptian motifs into the army as well as terrain which i would love to make(desert theme boardgame with acient ruins/monuments covered in sand + on the other side board with bi thick forests-kinda pandora-style-from avatar movie)

nice truck conversion, no offence but I found the color scheme was missing something small, maybe a highlight or two or a blackwash?

Seriously impressed! I love the heavy weapons bases, the truck, and the use of fantasy models. Looks like a really great themed army. Good work!

You aren't going to use the truck for anything, right? Because it unfortunately can't count as a chimera because it has no guns!

While the idea of having your heavy weapons guys hiding in ruins is cool and makes sense, isn't it a bit impractical to have such large pieces on the base of a fairly small unit?

Think these are looking ace, the truck is awsome and the bikes look great (where you get them from?) but i too must jump on the waggon of the paint scheem while realy well executed looks a little bland and blends into itself, my sugestion is if they are mainly desert fighters doing them eather much more taned so that the skin is much more distinguishable or do them black as in african skin colour that way the skin and the uniform will contrast but thats my 2p's worth but again in general damn awsome.
