Yeah, I thought it was next week too. What really sucks is that my entry was done, I just hadn't photographed it yet!
Oh well, I guess I'll just post some pics of my model for general viewing pleasure.

There could have been eight entries. I didn't know this one existed, I have just finished a squad of vets this week. Damn it, I feel like I could have won. ;_;
That isn't to bash anybodies paint job! I think you all did a great job painting, I really like the converting, posing and basing as well. I won't say what goes with what though, I don't want to influence the voting.

^ very true I do believe that i put the dates in red letters to avoid confusion, and thus remove myself from any form of responsibility regarding people missing the deadline  |

Effect is right -- it's nobody's fault that I missed the deadline for entry but my own.
I would encourage everyone to vote for one of the fine entries above. They are all very good and I found it difficult to choose only one of them to vote for.

Yep, removal of responsibility/finger pointing is pretty much a reflex reaction nowadays ;D
Maybe a PM spam deadline reminder would be good next time, that way if people are 'just passing through' then they'll be OK.
Edit: @deadpirate: I wasnt having a crack by the way, I think its an awful shame you didnt get your pics done in time as you would have had a damn good shot at winning!
