Hmm... Well, if there is a commissar around I'm sure he'd have something to say about it. But I'm sure in some cases enemy vehicles have been used. I couldnt see it happening all too often though.

I'm sure if you got a good story together and told your opponent about it before the match for approval, it shouldn't be a problem. Be sure to use a lot of fluff to get your point across!

As long as it's not Eldar. Eldar's too flimsy for any good Human to use.

Thank you for your eloquent and riveting comment, Mabus
I am inclined to agree. While conventional warfare of the past 100 years have taught us that such a thing is true, in the 41st Millennium, the same couldn't be said
Orks: It only works in their hands Eldar: Too flimsy and/or complicated Tau: Too complicated and/or small (Tau are short bastards) Necron: ... Chaos: BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD! KILL! KILL! KILL!!!...er, daemon-infested Dark Eldar: Too many stabby bitz. Tyranid: The smell.
Now, this only applies to tanks, titans, and whatnotz. Things like pulse rifles and shuriken catapults, I can see them in the hands of Hardened Vets or Stormtroopers.

I think you'll find "Grease Monkey" from the Last Chancers actually stole a Eldar Embassadors ship and then went out on a joy ride before promply being shot down and then arressted. And then sent to surve in the Penal Legions. Btw hes the best driver in the warhammer 40k world.

Hahaha, well grease monkey is the best, I'm sure some rotten little conscript crew couldnt leap into an eldar toy and fly around in it.
