Being only a noob to the tabletop wh40k i have been having problems with my metal models retaining their paint as they get moved around and get chipped. does anyone have a fix for this? Also another question. Is there a good way to quickly paint quality figurines with good outcomes? I would appreciate some help. Thanks

After painting, clear coat with something like 'Ardcoat or clear acrylic sealer. Also, make sure you use a good primer to give your models a decent basecoat.

My standard is one coat gloss, two coats Testors Dullcote. The gloss gives a slightly thicker coat, and the two layers of dullcoat keeps the sheen down - have never had problems or complaints from customers with over 2,000 figures painted (I part-time paint-for-hire.)
