Hey everyone. After my Warhammer hiatus I am trying to get back into the hobby, with a new army and a new project. I origionally wanted to make a LotR army, but plans with that fell through, so I decided on the new Dark Eldar. I've used the Sample Armies on the GW website and modified their basic idea to hopefully make a personal force, with a good base. So now I'm putting to you experts to give me some feedback. Thanks guys.
Cult of Vibrant Flensing HQ Succubus w/ Agoniser, Blast Pistol and Haywire grenades
Elites 9 Hekatrix Bloodbrides w/ 3 Hyrda Gauntlets, and Haywire grenades -Syren w/ Agoniser and Blast Pistol -Raider w/ Enhanced Aethersails and Dark Lance
Troops 10 Kabalite Warriors w/ Splinter Cannon -Syrabite w/ Splinter Pistol and Agoniser -Raider w/ Enhanched Aethersails, Splinter Rack and Dark Lance
10 Kabalite Warriors w/ Splinter Cannon -Syrabite w/ Splinter Pistol and Agoniser -Raider w/ Enhanched Aethersails, Splinter Rack and Dark Lance
Fast Attack 6 Reavers w/ 2 Heat Lances and Cluster Caltrops -Arena Champion w/ Agoniser
C&C Appreciated Cheers, SaN

I wouldn't exactly call that a Cult, as it only has one unit of Wyches (elite Wyches, but Wyches nonetheless). You're also going to struggle against armor, seeing as you have a whole 7 darklights, 4 of which require you to get very very close to be able to use effectively, if at all.
Each of your Warrior squads costs 205 points each. That's a lot of points in two units, and they're not exactly optimized to kill things with. I would suggest replacing both of them with three of the following unit:
5x Warriors w/ Blaster, Venom w/ 2x Splinter Cannon, Night Shield - 130 points
The Warriors become your anti-tank in this case, while your Venom is more optimized to kill infantry (12 4+ poison shots tends to hurt). This way, you're able to field more darklights and throw out more splinter fire for cheaper (390 points as opposed to 410). Alternatively, you could drop a Venom squad for a Ravager for more darklight firepower, just be sure to give it a Flickerfield at the very least.
Your Reavers shouldn't be getting into close combat, period, so you can afford to drop the Champion with Agonizer and replace her with another Reaver, preferably with Cluster Caltrops. This gives you another 10 points to chew on. The purpose of your Reavers is to zoom around the battlefield, causing carnage, chaos and mayhem and distracting your opponent from your heavy hitters (your Wyches).
Finally, you'll want another assault unit to support your Bloodbrides. A 5-man Wych team on a Venom with Gauntlets and a Hekatrix with a power weapon will set you back 145 points if you give the Venom a second Splinter Cannon (which is always a good option). Incubi would also be a good, if pricey, option here.

@sharps - do you find the smaller Warrior squads to be more survivable than the bigger squads? Heavy bolters/ autocannons et all proved to be their undoing in your playtests?

@ JS Cheers for the info dude. I'm a bit sick at the moment, and it's late at night so I'm not gonna make any changes for a while, but I just wanted to let you know your advice has been noted and will be acted upon. Thanks again
@fkm Was common sense taken when you made your post? (ps I don't do well with internet sarcasm so if that was meant to be a joke, it was lost on me. If it wasn't I'm letting you know now that I won't take poop from anyone and I have become very grumpy in my young age. Don't fornicate with me and I won't fornicate you up.)
Cheers, SaN

@ Chem: No, they're not as survivable. However, the Night Shield allows you to sit outside their range and still spray down their infantry (autocannons are a problem with their 48" range, but that's why they're a primary target for the assault units) or slag their tanks, in the case of a Ravager. I've been working on some new tactics that I won't share here yet (due to the inconvenient presence of Hetlan), and I think they'll work.

On topic~ The army looks decent considering I have no idea what more than half the weapons do...

He's blatantly spying on you in Commorragh, as well... Those cursed D.O.N.T. spy drones.. Edit : @ Sharps - actually I don't see how SaN can fit the third squad (presumably with a raider as well) into this small army, as the points seem pretty limited. Is this a 1500 point list?

Cheers, SaN Dude it's a joke. Lighten up. It was not, however, a useful contribution, so try adding one of those in the future when commenting on lists. (<---- We also have smilies to convey emotion) While I don't play DE, I second Sharps' comment about reducing the units to 5, since otherwise you're paying through the nose for bodies you don't really need. Although they're going to be much more squishy, you can also afford more units, which means more targets and forcing the enemy to split fire. I also have to question the wisdom of fielding such an expensive unit like the Bloodbrides, which cost more than a Land Raider with that transport, and are still very squishy when shot. Would it be worth considering just two squads of normal Wyches instead? Reds

I see 3 dark lances and 2 heat lances for anti-tank. All in all that's not a lot.
