How would you make an astropath? Do they have a third eye in their forehead, or is that sometihng else?
What bitz would work? Longcoat? Can they wear regular cadian/catachan gear? They do have an armor save, right?
And what is wrong with the search on this forum? Doesnt work for me..

Navigators have a third eye, not astropaths. Fluffwise navs just navigate the space ships and astros send SMS style text messages to other planets.. with their mind (and no phone).. *Spooky music.*
Asrtopaths are just blind; that's why the old metal versions either had no eyes in their sockets, or just a metallic covering over the eyes (first was an IG release, second is part of the old witchhunter/ daemonhunter retinue.
If you want to do a plastic one, then just make him/her look like a blind psyker, possibly with a hooded cloak.
I'd use a cadian unarmoured torso on empire archer legs. They have flak saves, laspistols and close combat weapons, but maybe keep the weapons to a minimum, or use the holstered laspistol and try to find a hand that suggests he's touching his forehead, as if in communion with a divine entity.

No interference, but PLENTY of things that can go wrong. Like a Slaaneshi daemon crawling into your mind, fully intending to do terrible things to people..

I think that if you modelled it right then hood pushed back would be fine.
Some of them just have really sunken trashed eyes.
