I can imagine melting down plastics in a wax heating pot would work... like the kind chicks use to heat the wax for doing waxing strips etc... I might try that also, got loads of dead sprues I imagine that plastic and wax have vastly different melting points.... Otherwise all GWs stock would melt on hot days, and their warehouse would have to be refrigerated. And my girlfriend could wax her legs and other areas with my leftover sprue clippings. @rt: I'm sure he'll do as he wants with them, I just thought I would urge caution as I know I can't afford any lawsuits right now!

I highly recommend EasyFlo 120 Polyurethane Liquid Plastic instead of green stuff. It will be messy but gives better results and hardens in about 15 minutes so mass production is even easier

GW can't touch you unless you actually use their Intellectual Property - or they'd have shut down their competitors a long time ago. - Also, GW can't sue you for recommending an action he takes that may or may not be found to be a breach of their IP laws.

Ebay should be a good bet. I know one seller sells instant mold in strips of 10 as well

Yes you can cut it.
When it's hard it's like the glue sticks that you use in hot glue guns and when it's been heated its like blu-tack

It's great having you Mods around, you are founts of knowledge that we mere members can only aspire to (you too Woz, love your painting always! ) Otherwise Ashot would have been sat around at home twiddling his thumbs, and I'd have nothing cool to look at! Anyone bought shares in Instant mold yet anyway? I hear their sales just went through the roof ;D

I think I'm going to have to get myself some of this, I've seen Ron from FTW do two part moulding with it, really impressive stuff.
