I can have a go... so far I've tried to make realistic variations, so il try my hand at hotshot versions... also meltagun, plasma... and maybe alternative heavy weps too

I like what you're doing, but I think that they don't fit in our universe.
Remember, the IG doesn't even have sloped armour, so why would they have even more advanced technology such as IRVNTS?

that may be true, but my Ex imperial / stand alone force has acsess to the archives of humanity stretching from when man first created fire, to the invention of laser and plasma physics. my force creates the unique weaponary to take on any opposing force based on tried and tested ballistic arms and equipment proven in combat throughout the ages. hmmmm i need to make an 'anti-tank' rifle with thermal imaging scope...  |

Totally agree, I prefer picturing lasrifles as shooting bullets as an oppose to lasers. Lasers just seem silly and flashy.
Do you think you could manage an SA80 ? I'm planning on ordering some and making them count as autorifles but if I can find an easy modelling equivalent it'd save me a few bucks.
Ps. I see your from the UK too, if you don't make one for yourself, at least make one for our homeland. :-)

the last gun i posted as my take on a lasgun version of a SA80/ L85A1 without the SUSAT optics ... unless you want me to try to make a actual copy of the real thing?

Woah, did not see you'd made a bullpup lasgun looks nice. I like the more strange designs of rifle. My favorite gun has to be the PLA QBZ-95/97.

Is this just lasguns though? Surely you've pimped bigger heavy weapons as well? I'd like to see some WWII-esque versions of the autocannon. Maybe have 4 of them strapped to a huge truck bed? Just throwing it out there . That's probably a totally different and more complicated project with a totally different skill set though. |

i am working on a hydra atm with quad autocannons... and il put pics up when im done... for the time being im gonna pimp a few of the basic heavy weapons and special weapons

hmmm... i gotta admit... i dont mess with pistols much... i use quite alot of plasma pistols... but after a horrible defeat yesterday mainly due to them getting hot, im much more in favor of making custom bolt pistols and laspistols...
i think i should get back to this thread... il make some more stuff up when im bored... i was thinking of creating a EDF weaponary thread in the fluff section with pics and descriptions of all the guns i use...
