I’ve always wanted a Russ Exterminator and have finally started making one. Since GW ruined the Guard tank kits by removing the drive wheels I was forced to try something a little unconventional:    Both the wheels and turret are from Kromlech. The style was inspired by the following: z4.invisionfree.com/Boot_Camp/index.php?showtopic=13297Since this is work in progress, at least for the next few days, I thought I’d post it up to get opinions, abuse and advice. |

First, the opinion: At first, I thought it was a bit ugly. Then I clicked the link, and I can see why you had to do one! I love the chunky wheels and the turret. How did you attatch everything? I wouldn't mind seeing its belly... Next, the abuse: You lazy good for nothing fella! How DARE you post WIPs! We want the finished thing! Get it finished and get painting NAO! >calls Trooper, advises the whip be brought too< Finally, the advice: You may have seen that Col.Colbane (Sp?) has used baby wipes to make great canvas in his medicae themed objectives. I think that it could be used to make tarpaulin too. Failing that, bandages make good camo netting  Edit: And rivets too. It needs rivets  Thanks for sharing dude, this is looking to be a fine looking project ;D |

Looking great! It fits right into the 40k university!  It indeed need rivets and more on the white parts. But as a wip it looks inspiring! |
