Pretty much as the title says - can you use Cadian arms on Catachan torsos? And if so, does either leg type work beneath?
Planning on doing some paratrooper types, thought the lighter looking armour would suit it (but there's no way I'm using silly Catachan steroid arms!)

there's no reason they cant be used, although they are a little smaller. You'll only be able to use the Catachan bodies that have jackets on and you'll need to use Catachan legs too

the belts also cause a problem, on the cadians it's on the torso on the catachans its on the legs. a minor problem but annoying none the less, although this applies more if your using cadian bodies with catachan legs

Sounds easy enough - I was going to get the bits from imperialarmoury anyway, so I'll just get Cat legs. First platoon is entirely uniform, so the second is going to be squads of different stuff - Para's, Scots, desert troops etc.

i'm just embarking on a company of Tanith figures (not going to be cheap). and starting to build a tank company too, not 225 strong though

I can't complain - got 5 guys and a sentinel done myself - changed colour scheme, lots to redo!

i stripped the paint off the catachans as i didnt like the paint job that i did on them back in the late 90's when i first got them. I should probably start a photo blog to show what i have and where i am with it

I use the catachan legs, cadian body, cadian arms and scout heads for mine. But that's just how stupid I am.  |
