The title of the thread pretty much sum up my thoughts.
Would that work? I'm thinking that might be nice versus a Monolith or Land Raider, Stormlord, etc.

I'm not sure it would as it reduces the vehicles Ld, but there is none, it only counts as Ld10 when shooting at the unit, but I really am undecided on this one.

I've never seen it done..
The setup seems way too expensive and has too many weak links for it to actually work..
We are talking: 1 x Primaris, 1 x Psyker Battle Squad (8 min) + transport + 1 x unit that is actually worth hiding behind the Nightshroud.. Personally i can't see which unit is worth this and if there is a unit that would need this kinda protection (point wise) why not do the Lord Commissar with Camo Cloak combo.. (If you have points to spend AND a HQ choice to urine away)
Or just do the smart thing.. Buy more units, for 225 points you can get quite alot of dakka power..

It wouldn't really work. Even if we assume that you can cast weaken resolve on a vehicle the effect would only last until the end of your own turn. On the enemy's turn they would still have full leadership.

Trickstick is right.
I find the word 'turn' so annoying in the rule book. It is never what I think it is and just forgot.
Oh well.

It is one of the more confusing ideas in the book, I think everyone has hated it at some point. I know I have.

Personally I love the Weaken Resolve.. It is one of the hardest hitting "attacks" in the codex..
