If it's a legal way to play them that is. I hope it is! what´s the trick? A unit of 4 and hold back 1 the first turn, hold back another one the second turn, and so on and so on, and be able to fire 3 of them every turn that way? And barage ofcourse.

Kind of go the gist of it. 1st turn: Fire all four for max damage to a powerful unit(s) and hope scatter hits something good too.
2nd turn: Fire two/Allow two to save their shots 3rd turn: Fire two/Allow other two to reload 4th turn: Fire two/Allow other two to reload 5th turn: Fire all four to take out that last minute pesky squad 6th turn: If you get there clean up with the final two shots.

Yep, that's how it works, I checked this with FW and GW, you may choose if you fire a weapon in a unit yes or no. It's in the main rulebook.
