I would recommend some change in colours on some of the metal. It looks good, it's not that, but I feel that all that copper/bronze will shift focus away from the model. Personally I don't like the metal-look, but that's me :-)
Otherwise it looks good, eager to see some more!

I suppose adding some text to your link would've protected you from jokes.
Foresight is fun.

I plan on giving some weathering effects - light rust maybe on the exposed metal is a possibility. As iv said before its going to be on a snow base, so mud effects arnt an option so don't know what else I could do. Also, the metal as it is now (silver) is just the base coat so it should be more defined. Still not 100% on what to do with the sensors too. Either way, hope to do a little more tonight.

Well, the banner for example. It shouldn't be metal. IMO it should be a colour that stands out, as white or such

Yeah I see your point about breaking the colour up, but if its not metal then what is it? It's not free flowing cloth, and I thought it would more likely be something like a brass plate. Also, I want the dread to have a dark look about it, as it will emphasise the snow. The main green armour will be slightly brighter as I start the high-lighting when I get chance. With your input, i think it calls that the sensors etc should and wiring be made to stand out with brighter colours. Thanks for all comments. Everything helps! Ps. I have a drill adkenpachi. Thanks anyway

Progress update.
Last night I started highlighting. Mixing two greens (Caliban / Warpstone Glow) so it was just a slight bit lighter, I then applied to the edging where the dread would be highlighted and worked in so the paint thinned out. I think that explains what I was trying to do. So the next step will be repeat, only lighter colour, and not to push out from the edge as far as I already have. Just hope I'm doing it right.
When they is a noticeable difference, pictures will be up.

Well update time. Since April, zero time has been spent on the dread. It makes me sad but I intend to get back on with it in a couple of weeks. I have however base painted all of my aegis defence line, and masked most of it ready for cammo colours. Thinking a light and dark Gray, white and maybe a hint of a blueish Gray. Hope to have pics up this week. Sorry for any disappointment.
