Not quite a conversion guide, but a review of a very useful conversion component.
I just bought a set of "mechanical fists" from Zinge Industries:

They are bigger than the metal GW variant, but they still fit a Cadian better than a Marine fist, and look one million times better than the plastic Guard fists that come in the Command Squad boxes:
