Okay.. so here's a little question or 3 to discuss.
If a CCS is on the roof of a bunker (so in the battlements) and the squad is targeting an enemy vehicle and using the order which gives re-rolls (bring it down / fire on my target I cannae remember)... and one member of the squad is using the emplaced weapon do they benefit from the order.
consider
1) Buildings are considered to be transport vehilces so embarked units may not be issued orders, nor issue orders.
2) Battlements act much more like area terrain and have different rulings to Buildings.
3) Do squad members using Emplaced Weapons or Battlefield Weapons not mounted in buildings benefit from orders.
I believe that point 2 still acts as a building and therefore cannot be issued or issue orders.
as for point 3 I leave that to you!

2) Battlements work just like buildings, except for a few specific rules. None of those rules would allow the unit to receive orders.
3) A model using a gun emplacement is firing it instead of his own weapon "following the normal rules for shooting". Given that wording, every bonus the firing model gets for shooting applies to the weapon. This has some odd implications for things like GK's Astral Aim, a Vindicaire Assassin's wound allocation, or Sisters of Battle Retributor squads getting Rending.
At least that's how I'm reading it.
