Well Teku has kindly asked me to paint up some more Tauros' and Venators for his force which can be found here... commissar.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=picpost&action=display&thread=15094So without a moments hesitation I accepted, since the last 2 were soooo much fun to paint! The only difference this time is that there is going to be 2 of each. They have all just arrived so time to show a start... Big box of goodies!! Also, my cat decided to help out, and by help out I mean just jump in the box.... I'll get cracking on these in a week or two, once Paimons Sisters are a bit further ahead, which I shall update in a few ticks.. Cosmic

Exactly, 3ff3ct......exactly I've started constructing the main bodies of the Tauros' and Venator's. I'm really looking forward to this one, they were so fun to paint and build last time I'm just full of excitement. I did find the last ones to be a little too 'shiny' though, I didn't clean them properly so there was still release agent when I started painting. This time however I've left them to dry out for weeks and they look so much better already! Cosmic A final messageI am truly grateful to everyone who has commissioned me, I really am. As you may have noticed I have plenty to keep me busy, but juggling all of this with 2 jobs as well will be hard. I will try my best to get everything done quickly, professionally and to the standard you all expect. I truly am grateful for your custom, thank you.

Hi Cosmic,
Can't wait to see how these come out. Your work is amazing.
I have a quick question. Are the heads of the driver and gunner separate? I have some Elysians but they all have respirators. I've been looking at getting a taurus (who doesn't like them?) but I was wondering if it is easy to put respirator heads on the crew.

The heads are attached to the drivers for these vehicles. However with some careful cutting you should be able to swap heads if you get these.

Thank you, Dazza. As Teku said, they're attached but they'll be easy to remove wit a knife

Well this seems very familiar!... Begun on the Tauros'. I have unfortunately just run out of wire, which I need to attach the rest of the parts to the corks to help with spraying and painting. I've just ordered some more so once that arrives I will get to work on the other, smaller bits. And they should come together quite nicely!

Finished the body of the frist Tauros.. Going to go for a more 'mud' covered looked for these ones, instead of the previous dusting! I've not done as much chipping on these ones, hoping to give them a more realisitc look. Happy with it so far, cant' wait to see them all finished though! Cosmic

Looking good! I guess these will look slightly 'newer' or less battle-worn next to the others

I'm sure you'll love these when you get them. I've made great progress today, everything has been built and is in sub-assemblies. Started undercoating too.

From what I am seeing currently it doesn't appear to be that much of a difference. But hey I look at it this way no vehicle will ever damage, rust or weather the same.

Bonjour! Guten Tag! 'Allo me ol' mucker... I am back with some juicy pictures! With dirt! And dust! And mud!.......and rust!....and a whole host of other 'stuff'. Yesterday and Today I've been cracking on with Tekus Tauros'...despite the sad news he is selling his army Anywho, I've taken a more realistic approach witht these as I have stated before, so here's some sneak previews of how they're coming along..... And just because she hasn't been seen for a while... From left to right on all 4 vehicles, the first and second are in a pre-weatehring stage, so no pigments yet, just airbrush and oil work. The third has been dusted and weathered with pigments and is currently drying, the fourth has just had its wheels put on, so no weathering here just yet. Well, that's all for now. I'll be cracking on again tomorrow with these and I must say, I'm really enjoying doing these again. Definitely in the painting mood right now. Cosmic
