I'll post up my list below, but first I would like to ask how to change it around against certain armies. I'll be going up against differnt armies and I would like to have some feedback on how to change my options around. I cannot change the choice of troops, just their options. For example against space marines I think all out plasma guns is a good idea, while against tyranids flamers would be a good choice. What do you guys think?

Looks like a decent enough list already.
Plasma is really good against larger tyranid monsters, and doesn't put you in harms way if you don't fry enough of them. I think it is a very versatile gun and is well suited to accompanying autocannon heavy weapon squads.
Placing the lascannon teams in the blob squad keeps them around for longer but forces the platoon to make difficult choices... maybe a heavy weapon squad of lascannon is better (and give that blob more autocannons).
Your platoon command squads seem illegal, as you have upgraded 5 men. the vox caster can only be given to a man who has a lasgun. which is annoying.
Grenade launchers are good fun, 24" assault S6, yes please!.. I like to have a CCS with 4 which accompanies my forward platoon blob and PCS (the PCS has 4 flamers).
I'd grab a few more chimera with heavy flamers as their range including vehicle movement is decent. Chimera are excellent mobile walls and roadblocks, and can even carry men too. oh, and fire with 5 of them, and issue orders! awesome! (they do die real easy to flyers though).
