Cool, I will make some phone calls tomorrow to friends and family. Do you have/need an agent? How does that type of business work anyways? I'm not working Monday and can make calls for you if that's something you would want. Figure a good 7 hours of calling. Let's make something happen dammit! Ha-ha, I can't afford an agent. Not sure what I'd do with one if I could, either. That said, I certainly appreciate the help. That said, here's a few things to help you out: sites.google.com/site/frontier2170">https://sites.google.com/site/frontier2170 - the webcomic proper www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Frontier-2170/140902192625863 - the official Facebook page www.amazon.com/Frontier-2170-Volume-Easy-Street/dp/1466250534/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1370750276&sr=8-1&keywords=Frontier%3A++2170 - Volume 01's entry on Amazon.com Again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you very much for this, Rook. You are one hell of a good man, and I wish there were more with your sense of fairness and strength of character (and I wish I were among them).

I just got back from getting more beer and my [not a very nice person] neighbor's dog was out there barking at me again and I got aggravated with it like you are supposed to with dogs. He got but hurt and I had to instruct him if he wanted to back up the nuts he was talking all he had to do was come over and knock on my door. Punk.
Mexicans apparently don't know what a leash is.
@sharps: You need to make some business cards. It's not that the quality is bad, because it isn't, what you need is exposure. Buy some biz cards and let us hand them out or put them in conspicuous places. All the card needs to read is "Frontier 2170" just enough to have them make a google search.
Don't thank me(though I appreciate it) get some cards made and lets get guerrilla with the marketing. This can happen!

Actually, I'm working on my second generation of business cards, but I'm still trying to decide if I want to do them postcard-sized or not (since postcard-sized would show off the artwork better).
I'll be right back; I'm on a roll tonight, and with any luck this preview will be a double feature.

I get the feeling that 'less is more' with the marketing. Don't forget when you hand out a biz card it's actually 'marketing'. You need a buzz, a following if you will. Keep your biz card understated and force them into looking at your work. If you tip your hand early it may turn them off.

Flier on windshield laws in MI are probably lax due to the frozen liquid death that they deal with year-round. On a side note, I'm really not a fan of how hard it is to see when there's a new page of posts with this new system.

Wish you were here, RT. F5 is your friend, my friend. Not when yours is the last post on a page. Then you need to be looking for the next page. So you have to know.Requiem

HAHAH, you are totally right. The old forum had a post count. So if your post was divisible by 25 it meant yours was at the top of the page. This forum is...confusing.

I'm still angry at my neighbor. I want to hurt him. I CAN hurt him.
Question time! I came up with the last few, anyone else want to give it a go?

How would you hurt your neighbor? Penalty points for physical.

I would invite him to the prom and then make fun of his shoes, thereby shaming him forever.
No, seriously I would beat him so hard I would hurt. And it takes a lot, I mean a metric ton of pain to make ME hurt.

I'd put his dog on a leash in my yard, then charge him to clean any mess.

That's what funny. All he has to do is keep his tiny little dog on a leash. I screamed at it instead of kicking it and this is the thanks I get.
Anyways, let's get back to it.
Where do you want to retire and why? Money is no object for the sake of this question.

New Question? Let's go with a classic: What is best in life? To crush Rook's enemies, to Drive his neighbor's dog to obedience, and hear the lamentations of their Jessica Alba look-alike daughters. Where do you want to retire and why? Money is no object for the sake of this question. Somewhere in Hakodate. Requiem

New Question? Let's go with a classic: What is best in life? To live like a jack-ass in a field of strawberries. Creature comforts, indulgence, doing what you know you shouldn't. THAT is what's best in life I think. What say you?

Retirement: Somewhere cold. Finland, maybe, they've got good music there, good coffee, good booze.
Best in life: The people who've always got your back. You got friends or family like that, you can get through anything.

Wait, we're going with warm climates? Oh. Well of course, there's Cap d'Agde so that I can revel in sweet hypocritical pants heresy in my waning years. Hakodate: I knew without looking that it had to be Japanese in nature. Why there Req? I want to at least live there a year teaching English. I love the idea too much not to. Requiem

New question. What is your least favorite color? Why? White! Because there are like hundreds of shades of that bastard and they are hard as Hell to match when you are painting. What say you?
