Not that specific product, but yeah I have printed out my own decals for my Blood Angels before with fairly good results. You will need to use hefty doses of Micro Set and Micro Sol, though, if that decal paper is like the type that I bought.

Double post, sorry, but forgot to add that with some colors, you may need to go back in with thinned paint and paint in areas, because the opacity from the ink jet sometimes is not sufficient.
There is also laser printer decal paper available, which I imagine might not have as much problems with opacity as ink jet produced decals, if you have access to a color laser printer.
