Hi all
I recently got this army in a swap with b g,foster and at first glance i like'd the original paint job that cosmic originaly did,but the more i looked at the models the more i wanted to repaint them as crimson fist's so here we go,my new painting thread.
I have started the repaint already and also i wanted to add a little extra punch with the army so i added x2 melta guns with the bike squad,then i combined the tac men into a ten man squad with missle launcher guy now added.I also re-armed the assault squad as x3 of the original men had bolters so i sourced the correct arms for them.The next mod was one of the rhino's that i got,i decided to turn one of them into a basic las pred tank with storm bolter to add a bit of armor killing capability.
The next bit of kit bashing was my captain in termie armor,i gave him storm shield with storm bolter.
Altogether the army comes to 940 points so i am very pleased with the few tweaks i have made and i think it should be a capable 1000 point task force.
Hope cosmic is ok with me repainting his original army,but truth be told i wanted to put my own stamp on the army (don't think i could have posed the models as well as you did matey

they're yours now anyway. I've moved on since them, at least you're looking after them
