Great attempt, a couple of suggestions: the lead raptor's wolf head is out of place among the pack, the rider's lance arm bicep sleeves does not match the bare arm nor the torso, maybe file down or cut away and replace with bare arm and pin it down.
Add spare laspostols around and maybe a flag bearer to add flavor.

Yeah, these are cool--I've been tempted to try my own, and now you've got me thinking... I would agree with Macknight that the sleeved arms don't fit with the bare arms. Not sure if it'd be easier to re-shape the existing arms, or carefully detach the lance hands from the arms and then pin them on to genuine Catachan beef arms. I'm also not a fan of the bearded head with long hair, but that's just personal preference on my part--maybe you could GS a bandana onto him so he'll fit in with the rest of the squad--'Chans gotta have their bandanas!

Yeah, the sleeve is definitely not ideal, but I think some clever painting could help there. Adding a bandana to the leader might be a good call.

I believe the legs are from old Empire miniatures. Thanks for the comments guys!

I believe those legs are WHFB kislev ungor horse archers back in 5th, you may still find them available on ebay, somewhat expensive just for legs though.

Okay... I am now going through my bits box looking for parts to use on my own attempt at a Cold One Rough Rider conversion, also looked at the WarStore for Cold One mount parts. May order one tomorrow to do a test model.

May order one tomorrow to do a test model. I don't think warstore stock old models, those are 5th ed metal cold ones(better fitted on 40mm bases as death riders or tallarn RR), you can search dark elves on ebay for them; the new plastic cold ones(fit well on biker bases used for RR) looks good too.

Yup, I was looking at the new plastic Cold One mounts on WarStore. They're less than $5 each, and I think they have great potential for conversion. I've got some bike bases kicking around somewhere. I know Chem has been doing lots of RRs as well, on horses, but using 'Chan bits for the riders, so I've pestered him for some pics so I can steal more ideas. He had shared some with me a while ago, but I can't remember where the are now.

The new plastic ones would definitely make for some sweet conversions, that's for sure!
