The title states it all. I lose every game against my buddies Grey knights. Any and all tips are greatly appreciated.
Specifically any help that has to do with taking out dread knights and Coteaz and his henchmen squads.

It strikes me that a Leman Russ Executioner would stand a decent chance of blowing away Dreadknights. If you're short on points, there's very little that a Demolisher Cannon or two can't fix.
As for henchmen, there's little about them that anti-Guard or anti-Space Marine tactics won't help with. Most of them die about as easily as Guardsmen or Battle Sisters, and the only side that has a stronger mech build is Guard, simply due to the sheer number of tanks we can field. If I had to summarize my position on taking on just about any side (with the exception of Tau and both flavors of Eldar), I'd have to say that the Leman Russ and all of its many variations are your friends, and it's tough to go wrong with at least one or two of them, provided that you aren't sacrificing our truly astounding objective-holding ability in the process.

Yeah the henchmen guys are just different flavored Guardsmen so just put a decent amount of shots into them. And Dreadknights are just different Dreadnaughts, so lascannon's and autocannons will put the hurt on them. And like Sharps said, the Executioner will really help against all GK stuff, particularly Paladin squads. I've seen GK tabled by Guard on turn 2 so they're not as horrible as they seem to be if you have the right list for them.

Funny thing about Grey Knights, is that the more elite they get, the less able they are to handle the Imperial Guard. KnightWing lists of either flavor (Terminators or Paladins) are simply unable to split their fire effectively enough to be able to table a Guard gunline, even assuming that the Grey Knights take no casualties and completely wipe out every unit they shoot at. Even Henchmen lists struggle in this regard, as Grey Knights can only have at most six henchmen squads below 2,000 points.
Grey Knights are good against Space Marines, Eldar and Daemons. They struggle against Tyranids, Guard and Orks because of our sheer numbers.

I've been playing grey knightcan tell you thbest way to kill Dreadknights is plasma spam. I assume since you are guard your friend is running heavy incinerators. Very painful to blob guard. Get yourself some vets. Load them up with three plasma guns. Put them in a chimera loaded with a multilaser and heavy bolter. Repeat. If he has terminators or paladins all the better, just keep your front armor facing him at all costs cuz S5 storm bolters will glance side armor to death.

He deserves Summary Execution... Seriously! (I hate Matt Ward with a Passion, I used to love Grey Knights) I don't know in reality, as I've never faught them..... I'd imagine Plasma and lots of it! Having not fought them with my guard yet, the two weapons that put a hurtin' on my buddies DK is Missile Launcher spam and Melta weapons. So poor on the love with some HWS's and SWS's/Vets/CS's
