Have you considered making casts based on the HALO Franchise. I'm sure they'd sell (I'd buy some ;-) like Battle Rifles, DMRs and Magnums, Sniper Rifles for Imperial Guard or perhaps a Warthog?

Nice could go well as a stormtrooper, or an NCR ranger veteran (I don't care, I just like to be the one to point it out).
With a big knife in the other hand this could make a lovely sly marbo.
