Hi there everyone, I'm new around here although I have been lurking for a while. I have been playing 40k since 6th edition came out and have been building my Guard army since then. My only trouble is there are too many opportunities to create a truely unique and interesting regiments within the Imperial Guard. The Imperium spans an infinite number of worlds provides an infinite number of possibilites So then down to business let me introduce you to some of my soldiers. First up is the core of my army, the 904th Vardan Rifles: Comments and criticism welcome. More to come soon.

And the prize goes to Prilladog. They are all (except 2) basic, plastic Cadians with greenstuffed greatcoats, cuffs and fluffy hats. They are inspired by the regiment featured in the BL novel "15 Hours". The other 2 are a Valhallan Officer and Sergeant who are used as my Company Commander and Platoon Commander respectively and are currently the only 2 models that have sneeked into my army without conversion of any kind. And so its time for an update, a Commissar who is currently attached to the 904th: Again comments and criticism welcomed.

Time for an update me thinks. As a bit of a change from the grey great coats of the 904th here is my take on Sly Marbo. The fluff behind this guy (and the rest of his regiment, who I'll introduce soon) is that they come from a very feral world where everything was organised on a tribal basis. I'll post up the full fluff later when I get chance to type it out.
