I purchased a squad of the Tox Troopers and I must say that they are fantastic sculpts. Virtually no mold lines or flash. I also purchased some of their combat shotguns and assault rifles to do some conversions on them because I was not a fan of the "Lasgun" provided. With some careful cutting and gluing they have been turning out fantastic. I am very pleased with this product and I would highly recommend the Tox Troopers. I live in the States and shipping took less than a week as well, which was a huge plus. Only downside was the lack of bases, which is clearly stated with all their figure products. They do, however have their own bases you can purchase (which I did not because I had some extras laying around). Support this company! I'm trying to wrap up the six I started and was going to post pictures. Hopefully I can do that soon.

Are they a 1 piece sculpt?

I think they're multi-piece but only in so many poses mate.

I'm more thinking Cadian arms and heads.

...because I was not a fan of the "Lasgun" provided... My thoughts too, the weapons are a bit boxy. Luckily we have plenty of arms dealers (no pun intended) around here to rectify that! These'd make smashing renegades Please put up some pics when they're done!

They come in a three piece sculpt, head, body legs and arms as one piece, and then hands attached to weapon. I would not recommend switching the arms and heads to Cadian, as these figures are more true scale (Like DKoK scale) than heroic scale. It may look a little on the awkward side. Like I said I just bought some of their weapons (they have so many cool selections) did some cutting and gluing and the lame lasgun problem was solved.

The Tox Troopers look like they'd be great for Chaos Cultists/Troopers. The Imperial Grenadiers could make good stand-ins for DKoK...

I kinda get a Tau vibe from the tox troopers with the single eye and helmet shape.

The Tox troopers look amazing. I really like the yellow/black pattern on the shoulder and the single eyes with lens detailing. Too bad they're out of stock (right now or forever??) cuz I'd order them in an instant.

Thanks for the compliments on my figs. I doubt they will be out of stock forever, they have been a pretty big hit on their site over the past couple months and apparently come next year from rumors I heard they will be expanding on those figures as well. Glad you liked the chevron patterns as well, I am planning to use them for a defecting mining/forge world rebel group who had to make makeshift body armor and equipment from machines and scrap metal that would be available to them on their home world. I would email the guy who runs the company, he is usually pretty good at answering questions about his figure ranges. He should be able to give you the deets on when they will become available again.

Nothing like a good civil uprising It could allow for some pretty awesome conversions too, like repurposed mining equiptment such as lascutters and the like Nice to see the range will be worked on, as no doubt you'll be adding to your collection as they're released, and you know I love looking at other peoples lovely collections!
