Does anyone know of anything that closely resembles the look and size of the artillery carriages from FW? I need quite a few and can't afford too many at the moment so I am hoping to find a cheaper alternative as I have little to no skills with converting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

have a go at it with plasticard, some glue, and lego! here's my conversion i made in plasticard and legos, based upon a papercraft pattern.  |

Wow, that looks pretty close, I think I might just give it a try, I mean I have the papercraft pattern as well so I just need to find time to make it then, thanks

personally i would try to make it out of some plasticard,as it's a bit easier to construct something surdy from it, not to mention you can get perfect smooth plasticard tubes of various sizes quite easely!
