Good work Sir, my favorites are the snipers... You'll do well in the GGs. I like the fact your armour is quite simplistic and realistic rather than full of stripes or filthy as hell

Thanks. I will post the Catachans when done with the Cadians...but I did not paint the Catachans. Bought them used online. I think they look pretty cool though. Here are my infantry squads: Commissar. Tech Priest. Tech Thralls. Psyker. Thats all I have done. The Command HQ is in progress along with three commissars, three medics, astropath, officer of the fleet, master of ordnance and Marbo minis. Im also working on an Inquisitorial detachment and several Adeptus Mechanicus models. I'll post the Catachans next.

Looks excellent. Very crisp paint jobs, particularly on the vehicles. Have you considered "dirtying" them up a bit, to make it look like they've been in combat?

Reds Noooooo, then they'll look like everyone else's! Some soldiers take pride in their vehicles not looking like they've sunk and reemerged from a swamp.

I did think about dirtying them up more. I dont want them looking too cartoony or unrealistic, but the first tries were just way too sloppy. I decided to keep the Cadians looking more kept up and will work on some fluff for that...they are freshly out of garrison duty or something like that. My Elysian vehicles on the other hand I am trying to scar up more. When I get around to posting those you can see what I mean. The techniques are still new to me though and I'm still struggling. Back to the Cadians...I did want to do something more to the sides of the Lemsn Russ units but that brings up my first tactics question...load out question maybe, is it worth it to add the side sponsons? From what I have determined from reading forums, the real advantage is in having more lose weapons options, not so much for shooting, and I wanted to keep the costs down and their footprint narrower. Thoughts?
