Okay, trying some different lighting for the photos. I found my camera but after a couple hours of fooling with it I went back to the cell phone <doh>. Maybe I can figure out how to use it later. Catachans Special Weapons Teams 1,2, and 3.

Where did you get that tree in the one HWT?
Also those demo charges? Where are they from?

Yvain, that tree was part of the terrain included in the 3rd edition 40K rules/minis boxset, if my memory serves. And Canefire does have some of the old Catachan metal demo charge guys in his collection, if my eyesight is serving me properly. These are some nice 'Chans, Canefire. The only thing I can think of that you could do to improve on the paintjob (you said you bought them as is, yes?) would be to highlight their skin a bit, and possibly do some work on the eyes of a couple of the troopers whose eyes don't look finished.

I thought about using a pen awhile back but never tried it. I just ordered one from Amazon..thanks Yarrick.

Pens are neat. I've been using a fine tip Sharpie to do the lettering on my Knights. Far less fuss than trying to use a fine detail brush!
