I'll be going up against the NECRON Threat!
HQ: Xenos Inquisitor [45] - Tome of Vethric Company Command [135] - 4x Melta, Power Sword + Bolt Pistol, Carapace + Krak [Vets + Commander] - chimera
Troops: Veteran Squad [185] - 3x Melta, Demolitions - chimera Veteran Squad [185] - 3x Melta, Demolitions - chimera Veteran Squad [120] - 3x Plasma, Grenadiers
Elite: Bullgryns [145]
Heavy Support: Leman Russ Battle Tank [160] - Lascannon Leman Russ Battle Tank [160] - Lascannon Basilisk [125]
Fast Attack: Vendetta [170]
Total Point: 1495
Tactics: Bullgryns will lead, followed behind them with the Plasma Vets Behind them are the 3 Chimeras, 1 filled with the CCS+Inquisitor The Heavy Support sits in the back And the Vendetta Flies in for support... I was thinking about putting the CCS+Inquisitor in there and putting the third vet squad in the chimera

Right of the bat, you have several things that are useless. The Tome of Vethric is for a shooty squad like a team of devestators. On your CCS, you don't really need to reroll meltas because you already use two dice and in addition, you will really only get one shot before your guys are curb stomped to death because of the range. You are better off taking the Aquila relic (if any at all since inside a Chimera the preferred enemy rolls effect multiple units near the vehicles. Krak grenades on that same squad are also a waste as they already have meltas. And the power sword is a waste as you really don't want your to get into CC with that squads because they are your warlord. If you must, drop a melta for a medic and give the make your inquisitor the one with the power weapon (or a force weapon) with Rad grenades. It is even cheaper to take a power sword for the Inquisitor anyway and since you strike first, you are more likely to wound. Rerolling ones is pretty great. A priest would also help.
Lascannons on Leman Russes are a waste because they are snap shotting when moving. Camo nets with them behind the bullgryns is a good idea or if you want a fire base as you suggest, use a ADL that way they can all hang back and be safe from gauss BS. The bullgryns need a priest or commisaar. Their leadership is low and you need to ensure they don't run.
I don't like the walking Veterans even with Carapace they are going to eat it and mobility is king in 7th. Drop them and take a second CCS with carapace and plasma in the vendetta.
Rewritting your list:
CCS with 4xMelta Commander with Aquila Inquisitor with Powersword and two servo skulls (for your pie plates and dropping from Vendetta) Chimera
CCS with 3xPlasma 1 medic Carapace on Veterans
Bullgryns with Priest
Veterns with 3x Melta and Demolitions in a Chimera Veterns with 3x Melta and Demolitions in a Chimera
Vendetta
Leman Russ Battle Tank Leman Russ Battle Tank Basilisk
You could also switch the plasma CCS with the Melta CCS. Drop melta is a little better than drop plasma IMO. Give the aquila to the unit in the chimera.

Thanks for the feedback, I knew my list was feeling a bit funky. Your insight has been very useful and I appreciate the break down the list you re-wrote feels way more tight!
