Tallarn heads

For anybody interested in fielding an army of Tallarn, buying the ugly and expensive $40 squads of Tallarn that are more than likely in extremely limited supply is very frustrating and daunting, especially because you'll have to buy lots of extra squads just to get rid of those plasma guns and missile launchers that come stock in every squad (who wants to spend 30 points on every single squad of Guardsmen? Not me!)

Fear not! I have found the answer

I have found 28mm heroic scale Tallarn heads, some with bionic eyes that look a helluva lot like Imperial equipment.

You can just use these heads on cadian bodies. Some of you might think that it wont' be a true looking Tallarn army, but think of this way: as time goes on, militaries change their equipment. perhaps the Tallarn adopted Cadian pattern rifles and body armor?

Anyway, I think I might just make an armored Tallarn army with my infantry platoons using these heads, and my tank commanders using the forge world guys

Nice. I think I'll have to try out a batch of those desert dwellers' heads from Maxmini. They look impressive.
