Great tank! Great weathering. Here's hoping you win the comp! (should place high)

thanks very much. I actually placed second. Beaten by my brother who painted fulgrim dueling with ferus from forgeworld. :-)

Very nice. Now you need to do the rest of the battlefield to go with the base.

thanks. that is the plan eventually. currently working on some foamcore ruins first. then some industrial style containers. looking into the possibility of getting a gaming mat to use. currently living in a small flat so a full on gaming table isn't really an option.

Excellent work, Superfrog. The board and the shadowsword look great, the hazard markings are really well done. Welcome back, by the way.

The painting looks good, I especially like the flag details and caution on the flames tubing. The only thing looks off is the basing, as if the base isn't tall enough already, you add another base thickness of cork/ rock on it making it too tall. I suggest using thinner layer of cork and make it uneven a bit.

I actually really like the basing. So there that.... I think taller models roll better.

Thanks guys. Really appreciate the comments. :-) the bases actually have road markings and cracks in them they look like cracked roads. They match all the newer models in my army. Cant really see in thw photos. I'll post some pf my other models which show them off better tomorrow. :-)
