Good Options for Elysian colour schemes ?

Will be starting to assemble and paint some Elysian models in the near future.
I know there are the classic Elysian uniform colour schemes
And for those who may not know here are pics from the relevant Imperial Armour books.

But I was wondering if anyone has any pics of some alternate colour schemes that they think look really good for the actual FW Elysian models.
I'm especially interested in any schemes that have jump suits that are like a Codex Grey but it's not absolutely necessary.

Personally, I like grey and green. There were a couple schemes on the FW site that I can't find anymore.

Try reversing the 23rd/99th colors to grey fatigues and greenish armor?

Why grey? Are you looking to match a particular theme or terrain? If urban, you might glance over the various Krieg colours, some of which have grey fatigues, and see if any color combos strike you.

Thanks for the reply Jen ... for a while there I thought I'd asked a really stupid question.
And thanks for the links. I've seen the Venator diorama before.
Nice paint job on those guys. Funky ... but nice.
But the Warseer thread has got some very nicely painted Elysians.

If I wasn't tied to having Codex Grey Fatigues I'd go for that scheme.
If I could paint that good of course.

Why Codex Grey Fatigues?

Yes I'd thought as something like Straken Green or Castellan Green as an option, and right now it seems to be the best option.
Other options for equipment and armour on top of the Codex Grey Fatigues were :-

1- A darker grey ... like slate
It'll be like the traditional colouring.

2- Leave it all codex grey, just pick out the Armour with different wash and drybrush highlights.
I like the idea, I think it could work very well, I just don't think I have the painting skill to carry it off.

3- A dark Khaki like "Steel Legion Drab".
Got a feeling that it would only work if I "Nuln Oil" wash the fatigues but edge the armour, helmet and other hard equipment.


But there is another colour that a friend suggested and that is "Field Grey".
It's not actually grey, there's a lot of green and brown in there too.
I went out and bought a pot of "Tamiya Field Grey" just to do a test model ...
so I'm having a think about that that suggestion.

Very interested in what anyone thinks about those four suggestions or any other alternatives.
