Played a trial run today with the two, old, metal, assassins I've painted. I controlled the Vindicare and my sister played the Culexus.
None of the cultists are painted yet and I used painted models from my Chaos collection for the marines.
It would probably be a good game to play in solitaire mode while you are doing other things or killing time but it is quite fun to play with buddies and have a laugh.
The theme of our game was that Lord Stag Thruster the Unworthy was attempting to re-summon WAAAAAgh! Purgis to destroy Anthylion Prime and re-deem himself for his personal failure in our last 40k game (Which Orks/Chaos won but lost everthing except for a few gretchin, including both daemon princes, so in order for Chaos to advance it would need to get at least one of them back on the material plane while the Imperial forces remained in tactical disarray.)
