Color identification

Possible new project on the horizon and need some assistance. I'm totally lost when it comes to GW's current paint line up. Wondering what colors would best suit this scheme:




Also for the tanks (which will be the focus for the force) I'm wondering what colors I should get for airbrushing? I see GW has an Airline but wondering about other companies as well (and then there comes the game of matching colors)

Here are my guesses as to what Citadel paint colors you might try:
-weapon and headgarb: you probably already figured these two out (your basic metal and your basic white)
-Tunics: XV88 basecoat, rhino brown wash, zamesi desert highlight followed by a zamesi desert mixed with bone highlight
-Pouches, belts, and boots: rhino brown basecoat, black wash, rhino brown mixed with mournfang brown highlight
-Shoulder pads: Tallarn Sand basecoat, no wash, Tallarn sand mixed with bone highlight
-Tank: Tallarn Sand and a grey of some sort (perhaps Administratum or Dawnstorm)
