Your battle automa is so sweet. Love the wear and weathering effects. Cheers man, just painting up the Thanatar and the rest of the army now. After that's done I'll be throwing to weathering powders at them all

Well your site says that you are taking suggestions and if I may be so bold as to say (after a disclaimer of course) Totally realize you just sacrificed TWO land raiders to make those pieces of terrain and while they look great so far the only recommendation I'd actually make is less space marine vehicle wrecks and more wrecks from the more common races in the fluff.
Space Marines are supposed to be a super rare sight and are often little more than mythological whispers of angels in the fiction of 40k. I personally think you should use more chimera's, Ork trukks, sentinels, and maybe even some other non-GW models.
Now that I've stepped in it, let me just say that what you have done so fare looks very well and I'm in awe at the financial sacrifice you have made of these expensive models.

Those two Land Raiders were donated to us by a local. They were really badly painted and missing loads of parts, so their sacrifice wasn't in vain!
We will have loads of other themed tables, with 35 tables to fill it's pretty easy to throw in a few themed ones.
I'm working on a Daemon world, a Tau home world and a Necron tombed home too.
An Ork world should be fairly easy to do too......

Trashed Land Raiders look great on a board and provide decent cover. GW Nottingham had a board that was mostly drop pod terrain. The drop pods had come down in a mine field that was spread across the board, it was pretty excellent (though they were probably trying to encourage you to buy a bunch of drop pods and do the same )
