Since Empty's Warboss has gone all Nurgle and was lookin' fully Stompy I figured Waag'un needed an overhaul... This here's the Warboss from the graphic novel Deff Squadron. He seem's tough as nails and ard as rock, so I figured Waaag'un could benefit from some of his Leadership Inspiring Gubbins.. Big metal Jaw and Commanda's Cap Chained on Armour and Cybork Hoses to Boost Finkin' Proper Coat with Belt Gubbins and more hoses to Power his Klaw and for scale - vs Chemin's gift Librarian hur hur hur

That's turned out quite nicely. The Flash Gitz sword arm is a pretty sweet bit isn't it?

Yeah; that's absolutely stunning, Tread. The bionic is a sweet bit; good choice of parts. That looks much, much better than a standard warboss and the kap makes him look like a bit of a sneeky Blood Axe (although he's really more of a Goff at heart). Did you sculpt that coat or what?
So.... Is Waagun bringing out Da Tide again? At least we'll know which model he is in the future, instead of trying to guess like mad.

I made the coat by spreading out the grey-stuff until it was really thin and then cutting it to fit the existing model. The basic foundation for the Warboss was the first of these ogryns: warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/File:Imperial_Guard_-_Ogryn_Squad_%28Old%29.gifI cut the legs above the boots and extended the height a little there, I also put in another height extension where the torso meets the legs, the head is also given extra height where it meets the shoulders. The arms were extended by bulking out the coat and after that I just added lots of bits. The skull on the cap was one of the biggest challenges.

That is a freakin' awesome use of old 2nd generation Ogryn bits! I approve immensely. It's also a nice nod to the old fluff where sometimes Orks would "adopt" surviving Orgyns after having killed and eaten all the regular-sized runty 'umiez!

Will you be writing up a special character and/or LoW sheet for him?

Currently I don't feel a need, The Warboss stats are potent enough at the moment, and I'd like to play something entirely legal in the next game.
I'd be open to suggestions though. (I'd probably add +1 to his toughness if I were to do anything at a cost increase that was little less than a warbike).

I was tempted to use the Ripper Gun though with the trench coat as well I thought he'd end up looking like an alternate Kaptin Badrukk. Shame as the gun's badass...

Give the Ripper Gun to another Nob? Stick some extra shooty gubbins on it and the jobs a good 'un! IIRC, isn't Kap'n Badrukk's gun a Ripper that he had a Mek modify?

I thought Bad Luck has a triple assault plasmacide gun.

He does, oddly enough it looks like a ripper gun though. Nice beefy thing.
