I'm looking for some scale beds for my armies on display board. Either cheap to buy or a DIY tutorial. Also looking for a command table or map table.

Was going to suggest sculpting but that's a lot of effort. At a minimum you'd need to craft a mattress, the base board, 4 legs, a headboard and baseboard, have them all be the right scale and fit them all together afterwards. Out of curiosity I searched for 28mm furniture and surely enough someone makes 2 types. The basic pallet beds are probably better for guard. some beds |

They also do bunk beds. Might be able to make use of some other stuff too.

They aren't bad. Eventually I might get some antique furniture to have some more relics for games. I don't know about the command console/ control table idea. It's not very 40k, in fact it's supposed to be 60s James Bond movies retro style furniture, but Copplestone Castings make some resin consoles, old style computers and bank vaults (click on the links towards the bottom of the page): copplestone castings |
