Misleading Title Much
Despite the title of this thread, this is not a Doctor Who themed army - rather I am in the process of making a glorious and awe inspiring army, inspired by the metal models of the Vostroyan and Valhallans. My theme for the army will be backed up by some Lore (which I will be posting in the correct section), and will see an army hailing from an Ice World (suggestions welcome), with the Vostroyan Models as Veterans, and the Valhallans as Guard or Conscripts.
Presently I am painting up some Vostroyans, and will keep you all up to date with progress!

I suggest Pig Iron Winter Kolony heads as an easy way to convert models and they'd bridge the gap between Vostroyan and Valhallan.
