Explosive Photoshoot (RTS 2019. Smoke Markers)

Hiya,

It's been a while, I've been hiding in the background working on various projects, however, I ran the Apoc RTS game again and used some cool smoke markers (see set of pics 1), after the game I figured it was a good opportunity to make a GW style photoshoot (see set of pics 2), after which I reviewed the images and wanted to get some that looked really good to send the smoke marker maker, so rebuilt the scene (ish) and came up with a final set of pics (set of pics 3).

Great looking photo share!

My personal favourite is 24, you have Yarrick looking suitably heroic, an exploding vehicle and smoke behind him with the Ork horde in the distance.
I don’t know if you intended it but behind a bulky Ork character the Aquila is slightly obscured by smoke.

That's a lot of pics...

Those smoke and explosion markers really add a lot of dramatic effect to the pictures. Makes me wish I had the room for a table of my own.

Edit: I missed the part where we 'had' to pick a favourite, I just got sucked into the pictures right away. For me it has to be 22, that generic commissar just looks cool and in control whilst everything is exploding in the background. The fact that Yarrick is in the shot too is just icing on the cake.

That was bloody hard to decide but I have gone for the following.

Set 2) 20: Yarrick looks like he's willing the troops onwards.

Set 3) 23 and 24: Pure Carnige with both sides facing off and the explosions in the back ground, looks great.
