This was originally drawn from a post about four years ago by IGMBer Yvain. It has been updated with links and pinned. If anyone wants me to add something, post below or PM me.
Anvil Industry
Offers wide variety of infantry bits for regular scale marines and Imperial Guard. In addition to individual bits, it has a custom squad/platoon builder tools to help you create entire squads using their parts. Excellent source of dress uniform parts, and they're starting to move into female minis as of this writing. Materials are resin.
Bitspudlo (Storefront)
Terrain, bases, vehicle parts, and vehicle kits. Some of the vehicles are bespoke designs, while others are GW knockoffs. Materials are mostly Resin
Curious Constructs (now handled through Kriton Games apparently)
Steampunk bits for guard conversions including dress uniform torsos and heavy weapon platforms. Their new host, Kriton, also sells regular 40k kits if you want to buy everything at once. Products look to be white metal per their description.
Kromlech
Largely Ork-centric, but with solid conversion bits for IG (including kilts and carapace torsos), and wide variety of marine infantry and vehicle bits. There are several terrain kits, and they've also released "Dvergr Commandos' which are totally not Squats. Honest. Models in resin.
Mad Robot Miniatures
Extremely large variety of bits and heads, including female heads. They've also added a "squad builder" feature much like Anvil to make purchasing full minis made from their bits easier. Parts in resin.
Maxmini
Decent assortment of bits for all factions in the game, as well as full models and squads. They have resin Tallarn and steampunk motorcycle rough riders. They also offer some terrain and a few different female minis that trend toward "Cheesecake" in design. Resin.
Pop Goes The Monkey
3D printed bits, almost exclusively for Space Marines but they've recently produced some stuff for Orks. HUGE variety of marine shoulder pads of every mark of power armor and terminator armor, as well as weapons, shields, vehicle insignia packs, etc. You can also pick up insignia to glue onto shoulder pads or knees rather than the actual pads themselves. Good if you're a poor insignia free-hander like me. Translucent plastic.
Secret Weapon Miniatures
Backpacks, gask mask heads, great coat legs, etc. Also offers terrain, brass etchings, and a vehicle kit. Products appear to be a mix of resin and metal.
Statuesque Miniatures
Specializes almost exclusively in female heads and minis, although there are a few weapon option sprues. The minis are largely modern or cold war in theme. They very helpfully offer comparisons showing GW models to help you determine what types of heads to buy for what kit. Heads are white metal.
Wargames Exclusive (NSFW minis)
Bespoke minis and ridiculously awesome looking 40k-esque civilian cars. They also offer helmets, accessories, and terminator upgrade kits that replace the torsos, heads, and shoulderpads. Lots of female minis but sadly nearly all are NSFW. Resin.
Victoria Miniatures
Excellent range of various regiments including out of production regiments like oldschool Cadians, Praetorians, etc, as well as regiments mentioned in old editions that never got minis. Note that the female Cadians scale better to forgeworld than the regular GW kits (at least in my experience). Good place for kilts, female minis (including a female Creed), and a wide variety of heads.
