I'm looking for some clarity. The Voice of Command rule says that orders are to be issued at the beginning of the shooting phase. No problems there, its very clear...For Platoon Commanders and Tank Commanders. I run into some confusion in regards to the Company Commanders entry. Senior Officer rule. It says they get two orders and that you have to resolve the first order before issuing the second. How can you issue all orders at the beginning of the shooting phase before firing anything when you have to resolve the first order before issuing the second? Really just want to know how to properly do it, I can't find a clear answer anywhere. Thanks for any help

The 'order' of rules generally goes rulebook>codex>datasheet, so an exception in the codex overwrites a rule in the rulebook, and a exception on a unit's datasheet overwrites a rule in the codex.
So for the company commander; you issue the first order, resolve the actions it triggers, then issue the second order, resolve the actions that triggers.
As far as I know you simply resolve the order(s) issues by an officer before doing anything else with that officer in the shooting phase.
I'm not a 100% sure if it changed in the new edition but I think you can issue an order with officer 'A', resolve it. Shoot at an enemy unit with one of your units that is not under orders. Than issue an order with officer 'B' and resolve that. As long as you issue and resolve the order before acting with the officer in the shooting phase.
