Does anybody think that rule, 5 commissar maximum will stand with apocalypse? If its so large in scale dunt they think they will need more leash men? Will many other rules be influenced by this change? What do you think?

No restricitons on that. Zero to infinite commissars. All restricitions on army charts and troop combination are suspended in Apocalypse.

hmmm 3000 points of... ratlings. I do like the little guys. Oooo think how many rough riders with hunting lances "CHARGE!".
So there is completely no organisation charts anymore? I thought they're new ones, hense the big boxes of units. All I know is the guy in the shop was telling me of a commissar tank and my mind drifted off to a commissar in a tank firing the battle cannon on its own lines when they fail leadership. Maybe he explained it while I day dreamed and looked at the plastic baneblade they had. He spent all that time doing a sales pitch on me and all I bought was a little fat classic range cadian lieutenant with my friends order.

No you can't field an army completely made of commissars since their Advisor rule is still there. But you could buy a commissar for all your squads. At least I understood Gav Thorpe that way in the WD interview

im sorry but i think item restrictions still apply. it would be unholy to have 50 iron halos running around and over 1 million honorificas running around your battlefield.
(by the way my gaming group had an apoc today. 5 on 5 with 2k points per player
check out my facebook (todd o) for pics. Eldar vehicles are almost impossible to knock out of the sky anymore, and the baneblade can take a beating although its not that deadly. (its first kill came from a lucky stubber shot killing one guard and when he blasted 3 squads of guard no one fell.) although titans and the brass scorpion (my allies) are deadly as all get out.

Yeah the baneblade aint too deadly, its really just alot of hype, everybody is like OMG ITS SO...SO BIG!!! and then they see how easily it can be taken down. Its tragic really.

easy? we had to get two carnies to tear the dang thing apart. one pulled out the drive shaft and the other destroyed the engine.
although Eldar skimmers are my most hated foe. ive poured alot of heavy weapons into those damn things and i swear i hate that upgrade that turns all 9-10 into str 8

Commisar, you are seriously underestimating the Baneblade, you can now have "steel fury" formations, that means 3 Baneblades! 3 Demolisher cannons, 3 Baneblade cannons and a crap load of other guns blasting away at you whilst moving at full speed!
